The panel of judges of the High Antigo Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, exposed in August 2016 for receiving 150 thousand US dollars of illegal benefit from an entrepreneur for coordinating the liquidation estate during bankruptcy proceedings.

Having heard the arguments of the parties, the court agreed with the position of the SAPO prosecutor and found the said person guilty of committing a crime under Part 4 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
By a court verdict, she was sentenced to 8 years in prison, with deprivation of the right to hold positions in government bodies related to the performance of organizational, administrative and economic functions for a period of 3 years, with confiscation of part of the property owned by her – a land plot with an area of 0.12 hectares, located in the Borodyansky district of the Kiev region and a Mitsubishi Outlander car.
The verdict of the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court comes into force thirty days from the date of its proclamation , unless it is appealed to the HACS Appeals Chamber.
