According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, a total of 68 military clashes occurred during the day.
In general, the enemy launched 5 missile and 44 air strikes, and carried out 54 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas.
Instead, the aviation of the Defense Forces attacked 7 areas where the occupiers’ personnel were concentrated.
The situation at the front as of 18.00 on March 3 is as follows:
- in < b>Volyn and Polesskdirections, the operational situation without significant changes;
- on Seversky and SlobozhanskyThe enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Lesnoye, Rozhkovichi, Druzhba, Bobilovka, Kiyanitsa in the Sumy region and Volchansk, Bolshoy Burluk in the Kharkov region. More than 30 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Elina, Buchki, Chernihiv region; Staraya Guta, Seredina-Buda, Sosnovka, Volkovka, Aleksandrovka, Novodmitrovka, Sumy region; Udy, Veterinary, Volchansk, Okhrimovka, Milovo, Poplar, Kharkov region;
- on Kupyansky the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 9 times in the areas of the settlements of Sinkovka and Tabaevka, Kharkov region. The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Nadezhda and Tverdokhlebovo, Lugansk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, including Dvurechnaya, Sinkovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo in the Kharkov region;
- on Limanskyrepelled 3 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Terny and Verkhnekamensky, Donetsk region, where the enemy, with the support of aviation, tried to break through the defenses of our troops. The enemy launched an air strike near the village of Belogorovka, Lugansk region. About 15 settlements were damaged by artillery and mortar shelling, including Nevskoye, Belogorovka in the Luhansk region and Terny, Yampolevka, Torskoye, Serebryanka, Verkhnekamenskoye in the Donetsk region;
- on Bakhmutskyrepelled 4 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Bogdanovka, Ivanovskoye and Andreevka in the Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve their tactical position. The enemy launched an air strike near the village of Druzhba, Donetsk region. Also, more than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, in particular Vasyukivka, Bogdanovka, Chasov Yar, Ivanovskoye, Andreevka and New York in the Donetsk region;
- on Avdeevskyrepelled 18 enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Berdich, Orlovka, Tonenkoye, Pervomaiskoye, Nevelskoye, Donetsk region. Conducted air strikes in the areas of Pokrovsk and Novobakhmutovka settlements in the Donetsk region. About 15 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Alexandropol, Oprosnoye, Novobakhmutovka, Berdichi, Orlovka, Nevelskoye, Donetsk region;
- on NovopavlovskThe defense forces continue to hold the enemy in the Krasnohorivka, Georgievka and Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region, where, with the support of aviation, the Russians tried to break through the defenses of our troops 27 times. Enemies carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Kurakhovo, Vodyanoye, Ugledar and Urozhainoye in the Donetsk region. More than 20 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire from the invaders, including Kurakhovo, Maksimilianovka, Elizavetovka, Ekaterinivka, Vodyanoye, Ugledar, Prechistovka, Donetsk region;
- on Orikhovsky the enemy of the offensive ( did not conduct assault) ) actions. Instead, the enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of the settlements of Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region, Verkhnyaya Tersa and Robotino, Zaporozhye region. About 20 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, including Novodarovka, Malinovka, Gulyaypole, Omelnik, Orekhov, Novoandreevka, Primorskoye, Zaporozhye region;
- in the area of responsibility of the OVSU “Odessa”, in Kherson
The occupiers did not conduct offensive (assault) actions. Kherson was subjected to artillery and mortar shelling.
