National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office (S AP) two organized groups were victorious on the price of the JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” when purchasing cable and wire products.

Following the investigative data, in 2021 first organized pottery The group, the entrepreneur, developed a scheme that transferred supplies of products to JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” at protected prices. For this purpose, having entered into a meeting with members of another organized group, a police officer of the JSC “Ukrzaliznytsia” entered the warehouse of some kind of chemical protection.
Acting as a kind of “back office” of the partnership, members of another organized group informally controlled its activities and could, for a large sum of purchases, ensure the success of controlled companies in Uzbek tenders.
As a result, over the course of 2021-2023, UZ tenders for the supply of cable and wire products were illegally won by controlled companies. During the time of tenders for the union of the Ukrzaliznytsia planters, these companies enjoyed their actions and in various ways depended on the quality of the products.
In this way, Ukrzaliznytsia concluded the contracts with three controlled enterprises that supplied products at prices higher Rinkovich. In this case, the enterprises themselves did not manufacture the products, but purchased them through low-cost companies from strictly controlled manufacturers. This itself made it possible to individually increase the quality of the product.
As a result of the implementation of the scheme, “Ukrzaliznytsia” recognized profits amounting to 117 million hryvnia, which the participants of the crime started and brought to the attention of the authorities.
The allegations of suspicion were reported to 7 individuals – members of both organized groups. Qualification: Part 5, Art. 191, part 2 art. 15, part 5 art. 191 CC of Ukraine.

Not the first episode of the cash grab of Ukrzaliznytsia
It seems that NABU and SAPP recently uncovered a scheme for the illegal hoarding of pennies at the Ukrzaliznytsia JSC, organized by a group whose warehouse included landowners and enterprises.
For the results of the investigation It was established that in 2018 the leader of the group, an entrepreneur, established control over the commodity-penny flows of Uzbekistan through the method of appropriating cash. Having reached the acquaintances of his family, he achieved recognition of the group members in the plantings of the JSC “Ukrzaliznytsya”.
During the period 2018-2021, the planters of the Uzbekistan planted all the positions of the group leader and ensured the transfer I can participate in a tender for the purchase of a company controlled by me pneumatic tools.
The products were supplied to the branches of “Ukrzaliznytsia” at protected prices. The total amount of overpayment amounted to 11.4 million hryvnias, which the organized group took and took into account at its discretion.
