Naphtha refining in Russia has fallen to the river minimum. The reason for this was drone strikes on refineries and extensive repairs.

The data indicates that from the 11th to the 17th quarter, Russia processed 5, 22 million barrels of naphtha per day. This is approximately 10,000 barrels per day, or 0.2%, lower than the average for the previous seven days.
Bloomberg writes that Ukraine has set its sights on the important galuz of Russia, and they also state that it is impossible to limit the firing on the front line to the occupiers. It is also necessary to reduce the need to meet the Russian budget.
“Drones attacked key Russian oil refineries, which led to the current outbreak or a new outbreak,” reads the materials.
It is also written that in the period from the 11th to the 17th century, most of the affected objects were working on a level close to the front-middle level, but still below the level of productivity that was before the attacks.

Evidence shows that the increased rate of crude oil processing at oil refineries, which suffered from attacks by Ukrainian drones, averaged 1.23 million barrels from the 1st to the 17th quarter. The Tuapse plant is still not operating, and other damaged refineries have not restored their productivity to the same level as before the attacks. Refining of naphtha at the Norsi plant in Nizhny Novgorod is also below the Russian level.
