Schools have switched to distance learning.
In the Zvyagel community, an infrastructure facility was damaged as a result of a Russian strike. There is a direct threat of air pollution, the city council reported.
Residents of the community were advised to stay indoors closing windows. Distance learning has now been implemented in schools.
“About preschool educational institutions: regular groups will work for parents who have no one to leave their children with,” the message says.
The City Council added that there were no civilian casualties as a result of the strike.
The Zhytomyr Police Department clarified that tonight during an air raid in the Zhytomyr region, hostile kamikaze drones attacked a critical infrastructure facility.
- Tonight, the Russian occupiers again attacked Ukraine, using 24 drones of the “Shahed” type from Cape Chauda (Crimea), Kursk, Yeisk (Russian Federation). Air defense forces and means destroyed 17 attack drones.
