The enemy continues to ignore the laws and customs of war, uses terror tactics, strikes, and shells both military and civilian targets, noted the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy is actively using aviation and FPV-type quadcopters, carrying out assault operations with the support of armored vehicles.
During the day, 86 military clashes took place. In total, the enemy launched three missile and 60 air strikes, and carried out 45 attacks from multiple launch rocket systems on the positions of our troops and populated areas. Russian terrorist attacks have unfortunately resulted in civilian deaths and injuries. Private residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

The operational situation in the east and south of Ukraine remains difficult.
In the Volyn and Polesie directions, the operational situation is without significant changes. There were no signs of the formation of offensive groups. Certain units of the armed forces of Belarus carry out tasks in the areas bordering Ukraine.
In the Seversky and Slobozhansky directionsthe enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts sabotage and reconnaissance activities, shells populated areas from Russian territory, and increases the density of mine and explosive barriers along the state border of Ukraine. More than 35 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Baranovka, Volfine, Basovka, Ponomarenko in the Sumy region; Volchansk, Bochkovo, Budarki, Kharkov region.
On the Kupyansky directionThe defense forces repelled 3 attacks in the Sinkovka and Petropavlovka areas of the Kharkov region, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to break through the defenses of our troops. About 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, in particular, Dveletnaya, Sinkovka, Petropavlovka, Ivanovka, Berestovo in the Kharkov region.
In the Liman directionOur defenders repelled 14 attacks near Makeyevka, Belogorivka, Luhansk region and Verkhnekamensky, Donetsk region, where the enemy tried to improve the tactical situation. The enemy carried out air strikes in the areas of Belogorovka, Serebryansky forestry in the Lugansk region and Vesely in the Donetsk region. About 15 settlements were damaged by artillery and mortar shelling, including Nevskoye, Belogorovka in the Luhansk region and Torskoye, Serebryanka, Verkhnekamenskoye, Spornoye, Razdolevka in the Donetsk region.
In the Bakhmut directionThe defense forces repelled 5 enemy attacks near Klishchievka and Andreevka, Donetsk region. The enemy launched an air strike near the village of Bogdanovka, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements came under artillery and mortar fire, in particular, Vasyukovka, Bogdanovka, Ivanovskoye, Kleshchievka, Andreevka in the Donetsk region.
On Avdi, our defenders repelled 9 enemy attacks in the areas of Novobakhmutovka, Stepnoy, Avdeevka and another 13 attacks near Pervomaisky and Nevelsky, Donetsk region. Here the occupiers, with the support of aviation, tried unsuccessfully to improve the tactical situation. More than 10 settlements were subjected to enemy artillery and mortar shelling, including Novokalinovo, Berdichi, Avdeevka, Vodyanoye, Pervomaiskoye, Donetsk region.
In the Maryinsky directionDefense forces continue to hold the enemy in the Krasnohorivka, Marinka and Novomikhailovka areas of the Donetsk region. Here the enemy, with the support of aviation, unsuccessfully tried 15 times to break through the defenses of our troops. Krasnogorovka, Georgievka, Maksimilianovka, Maryinka, Novomikhailovka, Konstantinovka found themselves under artillery and mortar fire from the invaders.
In the Shakhtarsky directionthe enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) operations. An air strike was carried out near the village of Vladimirovka, Donetsk region. More than 10 settlements were shelled by artillery and mortars, in particular, Ugledar, Prechistovka, Urozhaynoye, Staromayorskoye, Donetsk region.
In the Zaporozhye direction our defenders repulsed 9 attacks near Krasnoe, west of Verbovoy and Rabotin in the Zaporozhye region, where the enemy unsuccessfully tried to restore the lost position. About 20 settlements were subjected to artillery and mortar shelling, among them Levadne, Malinovka, Gulyaypole, Pyatikhatki, Kamenskoye, Zaporozhye region.
In the area of responsibility of the OVSU “Odessa” in the Kherson direction, the center of Kherson and the populated areas were subjected to enemy artillery shelling Stanislav point, Kherson region. The enemy carried out shelling using multiple launch rocket systems in the areas of Tyaginka, Ivanovka, Ingulets, Nikolsky, Sadovoy, Chernobaevka and Stanislav in the Kherson region.
The enemy does not abandon the intention to dislodge our units from the bridgeheads on the left bank. Thus, during the day the enemy carried out 6 unsuccessful assault operations. Ukrainian soldiers still hold their positions and inflict significant losses on the enemy.
