Defectors, defectorsReal sentences were given to two defectors who fired on the combat positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces units in Avdeevka area. Both are residents of the Donetsk region who joined the ranks of the occupation forces.

Based on the evidence collected, the court found him guilty under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:

- ch. 2 tbsp. 260 (participation in paramilitary or armed formations unforeseen by law).
The actions of the enemy shooter are qualified under two articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:
- chch. 1, 2 tbsp. 111 (high treason);
- ch. 7 tbsp. 111-1 (providing assistance to the armed forces of the aggressor state in conducting combat operations against the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations).
The court found them guilty and sentenced both to 15 years in prison.
