“Taking into account the enemy’s losses in manpower and equipment, I would like to appeal to the Russian occupiers, Russian military personnel, in particular the Leningrad and Moscow military districts – they themselves are now in the Kharkov direction: about the possibility of surrender,” said a representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU. < /p>

According to Yusov, now such cases are repeated.

“We have information from the RDK fighters, from the “Freedom of Russia” legion, from the “Siberian Battalion”, they also today made appeals to the Russian occupiers: either go over to the side of the Security and Defense Forces of Ukraine, or surrender,” says . Yusov.

The military man notes that Ukraine guarantees compliance with the international Geneva conventions, compliance with humanitarian law, guarantees life and safety for those military personnel who do not want to become “cannon fodder or war criminals of the Putin regime.”

“The enemy’s losses in this direction are significant, and will only increase. Surrender or defection to the side of Ukraine is a reasonable alternative,” noted Andrei Yusov.

According to Yusov, taking into account the losses of the Russian occupiers, a decision has been made rather, open an additional detention facility for Russian prisoners of war in Ukraine.
