About the fact that President Petr Pavel approved amendments to the Lex Ukraine law, in accordance with which all Ukrainians who were forced to leave their country after a full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, and who are on the territory of the Czech state, but planning to return home , will be able to count on payment of financial assistance, writes NBN, citing the official website of the leader of the Czech Republic.
According to the updated law, financial support (the amount has not yet been established) will be provided to refugees who have received temporary protection status, but ;only upon confirmation of intention to return to Ukraine. In addition, our fellow citizens will be able to apply for such social assistance only 1 time, and no later than 3 months before the expiration of the right to stay in the Czech Republic, that is, until the end of next year.< /p>
In a situation where Ukrainians want to apply for a long-term Czech visa, they will have to pay 50 percent of the amount received from the Czech government for returning home.
We previously wrote about that Umerov announced the mass distribution of electronic summonses to all Ukrainians liable for military service who left the country.
