Not long ago, the Ukrainian Defense Ministry launched its own recruitment program for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, within the framework of which any motivated person liable for military service will be able to serve in the chosen unit, which is somewhat similar to the process of regular employment, and now the Ministry of Digital Development has reported an identical project.

About the fact that in our country a so-called “digital recruiting” project for the Ukrainian troops is being developed, and this program will be aimed at an intensive search for drone operators, NBN writes, citing a statement by the vice-governor. premiere and the head of the Ministry of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov, voiced during the telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Fedorov, this project is already at the final stage—several betas have started testing with Defense Forces brigades. In particular, a search is being carried out for targeted pilot operators for attack drone units. Thus, taking into account the analysis of the process, you can find out whether it is worth counting on feedback from those who intend to join the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The Head of the Ministry of Digital Development emphasized:
It is difficult to launch this project because you need to rebuild the system. A system where there is no TCC, where, in essence, it talks about the opportunities, advantages and possible experience.
