In addition to the above, British military intelligence reports that the Kremlin is making efforts to disband the Cascade group of the DPR, which specializes in the use of drones, and plans to reassign it to the Russian Guard. In addition, it should be taken into account that the State Duma of the Russian Federation, since the summer of 2023, has allowed the use of heavy weapons by the Russian Guard, and this, taking into account the replenishment of experienced veterans from other branches of the armed forces of the terrorist state, apparently will mean a significant increase in its combat potential.
Thus, the Russian Guard, strengthened by various resources and “manpower,” can be aimed at both minimizing shocks in the sphere of internal security of the Russian Federation and directly to the war in Ukraine.
