The former commander of American forces in Europe, retired Lieutenant General Ben Hodges, said that the West did not respond properly to the interview with the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valery Zaluzhny, and did not provide what the military leader requested for the defenders.

The former commander of the US Army in Europe noted, that the interview of the commander-in-chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine for The Economist was useful.
