About the fact that the Russian occupation invasion forces, closer to the morning of this Saturday, January 13th, launched a missile attack on the territory of the Velikopisarevskaya community, launching several non-standard shells, as a result of which there was a lot of destruction of civilian infrastructure, writes “ NBN”, referring to the information published in the official Telegram channel of the Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
As it became known, as a result of this strike by the “second army of the world”, carried out by 4 modified anti-aircraft missiles of the air defense system S-300, a number of civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged, in particular, 10 private households and power lines.
Also, under the procedural leadership of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor's Office, the start of a pre-trial investigation into facts of violation of the laws and customs of war in accordance with Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine was initiated.
