On the fact that tariffs depend on the number of apartments in the building and the state of the system, writes NBN, referring to the official page of the gas distribution company Gazmerezhi, serving Dnepropetrovsk, Kirovograd, Kiev , Kharkov, Lviv, Zhytomyr, Cherkassy, Vinnytsia, Chernihiv, Ternopil, Volyn, Transcarpathian and Zaporozhye regions.
In particular, if we take the average annual payment of 264 hryvnia for each of the 78 apartments in a conventional high-rise building, then the funds contributed will cover the following general building services:
- for inspection risers, branches of the switching device/gas appliance — 2,015.1 hryvnia;
- for inspection of pipelines in places of general accessibility — 232.56 hryvnia;
- for checking the tightness of coupling/shale connections—87.4 hryvnia/304.8 hryvnia;
- for scheduled testing of pipes with air mixture pressure/density—1,745.2 hryvnia/458.7 hryvnia ;hryvnia;
- for checking the draft in air channels/each successive pass — 69.58 hryvnia/434.14 hryvnia;
- for maintenance of locking devices — 1,225.6 hryvnia.
