Russian media report that an assassination attempt on Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin was allegedly being prepared in Kaliningrad. Near the city, men were eliminated who were suspected of intending to kill the aggressor president.
The Russian Telegram channel “Kremlin snuffbox”, citing sources in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation, writes that in Kaliningrad security forces allegedly prevented an assassination attempt on the head of state, NBN reports.
It is reported that on January 25 the dictator is due to come to Kaliningrad, in connection with which the security forces are conducting checks. Interlocutors in the FSO said that near the city, special forces eliminated two men who, when trying to arrest them, opened fire on the security forces. They were suspected of preparing an assassination attempt on the aggressor president.
The “organizers” of Putin’s elimination did not have documents with them; special forces discovered an explosive device, about a dozen grenades, a sniper rifle and ammunition.
Earlier, the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine spoke about the assassination attempts on the Russian leader. A representative of the department said who poses the main danger to the Kremlin dictator.
