The Russian Federation accuses Ukraine of shooting down an Il-76 that crashed near Belgorod. The terrorist state investigator claims that the plane was allegedly hit by the Ukrainian army. The press service reported that they were able to establish the type of weapon used to attack the plane of Putin’s army, NBN reports.
The Investigative Committee claims that military personnel from a neighboring country carried out a “terrorist attack” by hitting the Il-76 from American Patriot air defense system. According to the Russians, more than a hundred fragments of the bodies and mechanisms of two missiles from this Western installation were found at the site of the plane crash.
Earlier, the Institute for the Study of War said that Moscow wants to use the crash of the Il-76 to discredit Ukraine. American analysts drew attention to the statements of Kremlin representatives and propagandists immediately after the disaster.
