That on the night of this Wednesday, February 7th, at about 2 o’clock, the Russian occupation forces invaded from air over the territory of the Russian Federation, carried out a series of air strikes on the Yunakovsky community in the Sumy region, writes NBN, referring to the official Telegram channel of the Office of the Prosecutor General.
In accordance with preliminary information, 3 adjustable aerial bombs of the KAB subtype were dropped from the enemy aircraft, which damaged 6 private households. In addition, due to the war crime of the “liberators” — a local resident was injured.
Thus, taking into account all of the above, the start of a pre-trial investigation into the facts of non-compliance with the laws and customs of war (according to part 1 of article 438 of the “Criminal Code of Ukraine”) was initiated.
