Guarantor of the Constitution of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky issued a decree in which he instructs the government and the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to develop issues of creating unmanned systems forces in the structure of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As NBN reports, this is stated in the decree of the President of Ukraine No. 41/2024, which was published on official website of the President of Ukraine.
In particular, the text of the decree states:
In pursuit of the goal of increasing the capabilities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine regarding the use of unmanned and robotic air, sea, and ground systems, ensuring readiness for use of such systems for their intended purpose, I decree:
Recall that we have previously written that Zelensky, in addition to Zaluzhny, can also dismiss the Chief of the General Staff.
