Budanov’s deputy, in an interview with Interfax-Ukraine, said that in 2023 the aggressor country produced about 2 million 122 mm and 152 mm ammunition. This year, the enemy wants to increase production to 2.7 million artillery shells, NBN reports.
According to the general, for now these are only plans of the Russians, for which the terrorist state needs to modernize production.
The representative of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the MOU added that in order for the Russian Federation not to achieve its goal of producing ammunition and other weapons, Ukraine’s partners should introduce sanctions aimed at machines, materials from which electronic chips, microcircuits and the like are made.
Recall that Western media reported that three EU countries are preventing the organization from purchasing ammunition for Ukraine outside the bloc.
