About the fact that former military personnel who were injured have the right to receive one-time financial assistance/injured/shell-shocked/sick with a severe form of illness, and have a proper certificate (about disability or percentage of loss of ability to work), issued by representatives of the Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC), writes “NBN”, referring to the official page of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
In particular, ex-defenders who retired from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine should provide documentation to “their” TCC/SP (military registration and enlistment office), filling out an application in the proper format and allowing the processing of personal information.
In addition, it is better to scan in advance:
- passport;
- TIN;
- bank account number (for payments);
- certificate regarding the circumstances of the injury (trauma/concussion/mutilation), which is issued by the commander of the military unit;
- resolution of the military medical commission (MMC) on the consequences of injury (injury/concussion, injury) /diseases);
- a certificate from the MSEC regarding the determination of the percentage of loss of ability to work or disability group.
