The current mobilization process into the Ukrainian army is somewhat different from voluntary application to recruiting centers – in the first case, the TCC/SP themselves will determine where to send a potential defender, while in the second, the choice is up to the citizen.

About whether citizens who have already received a summons still have the right to apply to recruiting centers recruiting military personnel to serve in the Defense Forces, writes NBN, referring to the explanation voiced by the authorized representative of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine on recruiting issues, Alexey Bezhevets, in a telethon on the TSN YouTube channel.
According to Bezhevets, the summons in no way limits the right of a citizen to voluntarily visit a recruiting center, in which there is an open opportunity to “understand what vacancy you can still apply for, choose a place for yourself in a specific team for a specific position.”
However, there is a small but important nuance. — we are only talking about a subpoena issued for verification of credentials. That is, after passing the military medical commission at the TCC/SP, and, accordingly, preparing for dispatch to the unit, the person will not be able to count on recruiting services.
Earlier, we wrote about what a percentage of Ukrainians have shown readiness for immediate mobilization into the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
