At night, local publics reported that a drone fell near Kaluga on the territory of the region’s largest oil refinery, First Plant. The explosion resulted in a fire. The propaganda agency RIA Novosti stated that 3 containers with diesel fuel and 1 with fuel oil caught fire on the territory of the enterprise.

In the morning, the head of the region, Vladislav Shapsha, confirmed a fire at the enterprise, without specifying which one. Putin's official announced that the fire had been extinguished, adding that according to preliminary data, there were no casualties.
Recall that on the night of May 9, UAVs attacked an oil depot in the Krasnodar Territory. According to the Russians, the drones were suppressed by electronic warfare, some drones fell on tanks, as a result of which a fire broke out at the enterprise.
