As reported by “NBN” with a link to the X-account of insider Kopite7kimi, Nvidia Corporation, judging by everything, will release the GeForce RTX 5090 video card with a more powerful next-generation graphics processor and 32 GB of memory on board.
It is assumed that for stable operation of the GeForce RTX 5090, a power supply of 0.6 kW will be required, that is, this video card will consume 150 W more than its predecessor RTX 4090. Also, the flagship RTX 5090 will receive 21 760 CUDA cores and 32 GB of GDDR-7 memory with 512-bit bandwidth.
At the same time, the younger GeForce RTX 5080 model requires “only” 0.4 kW of power (0.08 kW more than its predecessor, the RTX 4080), since this model will receive reduced specifications: 10 752 CUDA cores and 16 GB of GDDR-7 memory.
