As NBN reports with reference to Ukrinform's material, Deputy Head of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine Konstantin Koshelenko said that his department, with the participation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation, will soon launch a pilot project providing the service of calculating the so-called “basic social assistance” through the state application “Diya”.
According to Koshelenko, the registration/assignment of the above-described type of state financial assistance will occur thanks to the established process of information exchange between a number of relevant systems and registries. Moreover, a person applying for such a payment will only need to connect to “Diya” and fill out a questionnaire regarding its appointment.
The Deputy Head of the Ministry of Social Policy added that such assistance will replace five identical types and will become “more significant in amount”: the benefit will be assigned without the accompanying collection of paper certificates or additional requests – through the web portal or mobile application “Diya”.
Earlier, we wrote that the Ministry of Social Policy told which citizens will receive additional payments to their pensions in the fall.
