As reported by “NBN” with reference to the material of a specialized The publication “Na Pensii” commented on the question of “whether to count on a pension based on age” to an individual entrepreneur (IE) who has worked “for himself” for the last 22 years and has refused to pay the unified social contribution (USC) for several years.
As noted in the publication, the period of entrepreneurial activity for which the USC was not paid will not be counted as work/insurance experience, but the pension benefit will be assigned at 60 years (with 32 years of experience), or at 63/65 years (the minimum required length of service— 15 years).
In addition, the Pension Fund of Ukraine will determine the pension amount based on the salary for all periods of work activity, starting from July 1, 2000, until the moment of “retirement”.
It should be taken into account that since individual entrepreneurs pay a minimum insurance premium, the amount of the pension benefit will also be too low due to insufficient length of service and small official income.
Earlier, we wrote about the fact that the Pension Fund of Ukraine reminded pensioners how to apply for an additional payment of 944 hryvnia.
