As reported by “NBN” with reference to data from the analytical portal OpenDataBot, since January of this year, the cost of plots of land with an area of per hectare, increased by almost 6,000 hryvnia, and by October reached 51,194 hryvnia.
In particular, prices for 1 hectare of land in the regions of our country vary from UAH 28,987 to UAH 140,490, and the most expensive plots are:
- in the Kyiv region – UAH 140,490/hectare;
- in the Lviv region – UAH 131,375/hectare;
- in the Ivano-Frankivsk region – 113 878 hryvnia/hectare;
- in Chernivtsi region— 87,942 UAH/hectare.
The lowest cost of agricultural land was recorded in:
- Mykolaiv region— 28,987 UAH/hectare;
- Chernihiv region— 32,605 UAH/hectare;
- Odesa region— 33,800 UAH/hectare;
- Sumy region— 33 887 UAH/hectare.
