As reported by NBN with reference to the broadcast of Ukrainian Radio, in the opinion of President Volodymyr Zelensky, the relevant structures of Ukraine have prepared for the upcoming winter period much more effectively than was recorded in the past war years.
Based on Zelensky's words, all of the above became possible, including due to the decentralization of the energy network, that is, the dispersal of electricity generation facilities.
In addition, the president noted that partner states continue to supply Ukraine with missiles for various air defense systems, in accordance with the relevant agreements to prevent “blackouts” and, accordingly, “dissatisfaction” of the population:
…Today, regarding agreements on missiles for Patriot, NASAMS, IRIS-T and many other air defense systems, we are in a very good position.
