As reported by “NBN”, citing an analytical article by Defense Express, with today's “ballistic” attack on the Dnieper, the Russian Federation sought to try to carry out, or rather, demonstrate a potential nuclear strike on Ukraine.
According to military experts at Defense Express, Putin's army, judging by everything, today used either the RS-26 Rubezh or the intercontinental Topol and Yars, designed to deliver weapons of mass destruction (nuclear) to targets.
It should be noted that, according to information from the Air Force, this missile strike did not cause “significant consequences.”
At the same time, Defense Express believes that the delivery vehicle was pre-equipped only with a warhead simulator, since the installation of a conventional high-explosive warhead on the Rubezh, Topoli or Yars, according to “deep theory”, is possible, but does not carry a practical load due to the enormous cost of such a component: most infrastructure facilities in Ukraine are accessible to Iskander-M and identical weapons.
