As reported by NBN with reference to Resolution No. 1286, posted on the official page of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, from January 2025 the government guarantees the accrual of bonuses to the salaries of not only teaching staff, but also other persons involved in the field of education.
In particular, employees of state/municipal general education institutions will receive additional payments to their salaries, and we are talking about:
- teachers teaching core subjects;
- psychologists providing support to schoolchildren, that is, working to improve the psycho-emotional state of students;
- leaders of clubs organizing extracurricular activities/providing additional education;
- teachers of extended-day groups working with students after school.
The amount of such monthly additional payments will be, regardless of the length of service, location of the institution or status of the employee (qualification), will be:
- from January 1, 2025 — UAH 1,300 per month;
- from September 1, 2025 — UAH 2,600 per month.
