On Monday morning, November 25, the Russian Armed Forces struck Odessa with ballistics, the head of the regional military administration Oleg Kiper reported on the consequences of the attack.

The head of the OVA reported details of the morning missile strike on Odessa in his Telegram channel. According to him, at the moment there are 11 known victims of the shelling, 8 of whom are receiving assistance in medical institutions, NBN reports.
The official specified that due to the attack by Putin's army, civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged by ballistics: residential buildings, cars, shops, a school and a university gym. Pupils, students, and teachers were in shelters at the time of the shelling.
Kiper noted that all emergency services are working at the site of the missile strike, the consequences of the occupiers' attack are being eliminated, and an operational headquarters has been deployed.
The head of the regional military administration also showed the scale of the destruction.
