Not long ago, MP Maksym Tkachenko let it slip that about 150,000 internally displaced persons (IDPs) have returned to the temporarily occupied territories (TOT) due to insufficient social support from Ukraine.

As reported by NBN with reference to the material of Suspilne.Novini, the deputy head of the OPU Iryna Vereshchuk, who is the former head of the Ministry of Reintegration, issued a denial regarding the above-described return of IDPs.
Based on Vereshchuk’s words, after Tkachenko’s “message”, the Office of the President of Ukraine (OPU) convened a meeting with the participation of law enforcement officers, who did not confirm such information regarding the outflow of Ukrainians to HERE.
In particular, the official emphasized that Ukraine has maximally closed its borders with the Russian Federation and Belarus, and therefore the population can only enter from the occupied territories, that is, reverse displacement is “virtually impossible.”
In addition, Vereshchuk tried to explain the reduction in the number of registered IDPs, which has decreased by 250,000 people in recent months: people simply left abroad, having lost their IDP status, or returned to liberated regions, such as the Kharkiv and Kherson regions.
Earlier, we wrote about the fact that the Central Nervous System explained why the invaders held a children's drone control competition on HERE.
