As reported by NBN with reference to the material of Die Welt, from the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Germany's Annalena Baerbock made an identical proposal about the possible transfer of German troops to Ukraine, however, only on condition of a ceasefire on the part of the Russian Federation.
Based on Baerbock's words, German units could be used to ensure peace if a “ceasefire” regime is declared, that is, if Kyiv and Moscow sign the appropriate peace agreements and determine a “zone” in which they will simultaneously stop hostilities.
In addition, in addition to security guarantees for Ukraine, in particular, membership in NATO, the above-described international presence will ensure this “ceasefire”, which will serve to achieve peace in the future, if, of course, it is “supported by all forces from the German side.”
