The head of the Luhansk regional military administration reported that in the temporarily occupied Severodonetsk, the Russians intend to demolish houses, which were destroyed during the fighting.
According to him, in the fall, when the “liberators” dismantled the first apartment building, they did not announce the scale of the work and the deadlines for its completion, the NBN publication reports.
The official noted that the invaders in the city first intend to dismantle three dozen multi-story buildings damaged during the assaults of Putin's army in the spring of 2022. The head of the administration clarified that there was not even a foundation left at the site of the demolished residential infrastructure facilities.
The head of the OVA added that the local “administration” is determining which buildings are subject to dismantling and does not intend to stop at 30 multi-story buildings.
As previously reported, the “authorities” of Luhansk have launched a program to transfer apartments of Ukrainians to the Russian invaders.
