As reported by NBN, citing a test transcript of the Direct Line, posted on the page of the opposition publication Meduza, Kremlin tyrant Vladimir Putin answered whether Russian banks should be required to more thoroughly check loan applications from pensioners who are being pushed into borrowing money by telephone scammers from Ukraine.
Based on Putin’s words, there are many centers operating in Ukraine whose task is to extort money from Russian citizens, and the scale of such “fraud” is off the charts. In particular, according to the Russian dictator, Ukraine is doing roughly what Nazi Germany did during the Great Patriotic War [World War II], printing huge volumes of pounds sterling, thereby seeking to undermine the British economy.
In addition, Putin proposed “disciplining” the above-described situation – “several hours” should be devoted to reviewing requests for loans from 50,000 to 200,000 rubles, and “several days” for loans from 200,000 rubles, while simultaneously “strengthening criminal liability.”
Separately, Putin reported how his entourage does when faced with “scammers”:
…As soon as they hear an unfamiliar voice or any proposals, they immediately hang up. I highly recommend all citizens of the country to do the same.
Earlier we wrote about Putin bragging about a sharp increase in taxes for the population of the occupied territories of Ukraine.
