As NBN reports with reference to NV's material, WBC International middleweight champion Fedor Cherkashin has exposed at least one weak spot of Oleksandr Usyk.
Based on Cherkashin's words, the middle part of the body is Usyk's not-so-obvious weak point, and in a fight against such a massive opponent as Tyson Fury, this side could become a vulnerable zone – our athlete prefers to raise his hands to protect his head, opening his body for punches. However, a high degree of mobility and endurance will most likely allow Usyk to minimize the “British” threat, despite the significant strength of the “Gypsy King” in the clinch.
In addition, according to Cherkashin, Fury will probably use the tactics of aggressive and dirty boxing in the second fight, tested on fighters with better technique and speed: the Briton can more actively go into clinches, hit with elbows and tilt his head, trying to disorient Usyk.
The Ukrainian champion summarized:
[But] Alexander can surprise with a more active attack on the body, which will help weaken Tyson's movements. In the rematch, there will be less reconnaissance and more hard boxing from both sides.
Earlier we wrote that the rematch between Usyk and Fury will be judged by an AI referee.
