The Warsaw Office for Foreigners has begun sending Ukrainians in Poland letters calling on them to serve in the military, warning them of responsibility for evasion – arrest and deportation.

As NBN reports with a link to the official Facebook profile of the Ukrainian Embassy in Poland, this information does not correspond to reality, since the specified The Polish administration cannot be the author of such “summons”, that is, the so-called letters of appeal are nothing more than a provocative forgery.
In particular, the diplomatic mission clarified that on the territory of the Republic of Poland, summonses containing calls or notifications of refugees who are conscripts, military personnel and reservists who have left their country are not being sent to citizens of Ukraine.
However, the diplomatic mission hinted that citizens of Ukraine who are abroad can voluntarily join the ranks of the “Ukrainian Legion” and go to defend their state.
