As reported by “NBN”, citing an Interfax-Ukraine article, said that the First Deputy Minister of Defense Ivan Gavrilyuk said that the document in question is already ready, but several months are needed to develop the algorithms/mechanisms for its implementation.
Based on Gavrilyuk's words, the above-described mechanisms of this bill should provide for the replacement of a large number of demobilized people.
In particular, new forms and methods of combat operations are being developed, which will require “another 3 months.” Separately, the official emphasized that in order to submit the bill, conditions should be created that do not allow it to lead to the “disappearance of the state of Ukraine.”
At the same time, Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal added that the formation/revision of security policy under martial law remains within the scope of authority of the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff.
