Pensioners of our country receive their “age” benefits in two ways: through the post office of “Ukrposhta” or to accounts in the selected financial institution.

As reported by NBN with a link to the official website of the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU), if the bank account does not meet a certain number of requirements, the funds will not be transferred to the elderly citizen’s card.
In particular, in order for the required payments to be accrued correctly and on time, it is necessary to:
- open an account in one of the banks approved by the PFU (Oschadbank, PrivatBank, etc.);
- issue a card exclusively for the transfer of pension and other social benefits;
- keep the account active/operating (use the card from time to time).
In this case, after opening the above-described type of account, you must submit an application to the Pension Fund of Ukraine for the transfer of payments according to the specified details (according to the international IBAN format, the number from the bank's mobile application or the numbers provided at the branches of the financial institution).
If these bank details have changed, you must immediately notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine about this.
