As NBN reports with reference to the Telegram channels of the Russian ASTRA PRESS and the governor of the Ryazan region Pavel Malkov, the local population complains that “unknown” drones carried out an attack on the oil refinery.
Based on the words of the Russian authorities, in particular, Malkov, allegedly the Russian air defense systems suppressed and destroyed 8 unmanned aerial vehicles over the Ryazan region. At the same time, traditionally, the local community was assured that there were no casualties, but the material damage was being assessed.
