The German Chancellor said that states that are members of the North Atlantic Alliance and the European Union should allocate more money to the defense sector, given the threat from the Russian shadow fleet.

Note that US President Donald Trump recently said that European NATO members should allocate 5% of GDP for defense spending in order to reduce the financial burden on America. The other day, the authorities of Lithuania and Estonia promised to achieve this figure.

As reported, former German Chancellor Angela Merkel said that Ukraine will not be able to remain independent after the war with the Russian Federation without the support of the United States and NATO.
