As NBN reports with reference to ZDNET material, Google has updated the tools of its key mobile application, and now you can delete personal data from the Internet simply by using search results.
In particular, to “cleanse” the Network of personal information, it is necessary:
- find a link with the “leaked” data in the search results;
- click on the menu “…” next to the result;
- select the “Delete this result” function;
- provide a reason (e.g. “This is my personal information”).
In addition to all of the above, Google has modified the interface of the “Results about you” section, in which you can receive advance notifications about the “leak” of personal information on the Internet.
