NEC Ukrenergo does not predict power outages on March 11, despite the increase in electricity consumption.

At the beginning of the working week, the country traditionally saw an increase in electricity consumption, as stated by NEC Ukrenergo. On Monday, March 10, as of 9:30, its level was 6% higher than at the same time on Friday, March 7.
Despite the change in the situation in the energy system, the company does not plan to turn off the power on Tuesday, March 11, in particular in the capital and in the Kiev region, reports the publication “NBN”.
Ukrainians are urged to postpone the use of powerful household appliances until the period of the most productive work of the SES – from 10:00 to 18:00. Such measures will help maintain the situation in the energy system stable, taking into account the emergency restoration work at energy facilities damaged by shelling from the Russian Federation.
