In the first phase of the reform of military medical commissions (MMC), the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of Health introduced an electronic format of decisions into the Medical Information System of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, intending to speed up examinations of military personnel/defenders.

As reported by NBN with reference to the official website of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, through the state application “Reserve+”, potential military personnel managed to generate 32,000 e-referrals for passing the VVK.
Thanks to the fact that the Defense Ministry launched the above-described type of directions, more than 30,000 Ukrainians will not have to personally visit the TCC/SP and stand there in long lines “for a piece of paper” that allows them to proceed to a medical examination.
The Ministry of Defense added that the said process took too much time, and, as part of the planned reform, it was possible to effectively digitalize this service, making it “humane.”
