The Ministry of Defense reported that the draft law on demobilization has already been developed by the Cabinet of Ministers and is ready for “presentation” in the Verkhovna Rada, but mechanisms for replacing a large number of defenders who fall under the document should be developed.

As NBN writes with reference to an exclusive material from Ukrinform, a member of the parliamentary committee on national security, defense and intelligence, MP Oleksandr Fedienko, made a statement: the domestic defense department has not yet submitted a bill for registration in the Rada that provides for demobilization from the ranks of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Based on Fedienko's words, at the moment, the direction of the corresponding initiative is not fixed in the parliament. It is assumed that the Ministry of Defense will have time to fulfill its previous promises and will register the document before Tuesday, March 18.
It should be recalled that the Ministry of Defense has developed three versions of the so-called bill on demobilization, and none of them includes the term “demobilization,” but talks exclusively about conducting a “long-term” process (3-5 months) of rotation/treatment for the military.
