A representative of the 14th Ivan Bohun Operational Brigade of the National Guard of Ukraine reported on the air of the Kyiv24 TV channel that Russian invaders have become more active in the Pokrovsk direction and have begun to attack much more frequently.
According to him, the current situation on this section of the front is similar to what it was at the beginning of the active phase, the NBN publication reports.
Koval said that in the Pokrovsk area, the occupiers began to actively use artillery and FPV drones to attack the positions of the Defense Forces. In parallel with the shelling, enemy infantry is working.
The head of the press service of the Chervona Kalina brigade added that the troops of the aggressor country are trying to break through the defense line and consolidate their positions on Ukrainian soil every day. The strong onslaught makes it difficult to contain the Russians, but the defenders are still successfully repelling the assaults.
Earlier, the State Border Service of Ukraine reported the increased activity of Russian invaders in the Sumy region.
