As reported by NBN with reference to the official Telegram channel of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine (SES), as a result of the Russian air attack on the Kholodnohirsky, Shevchenkovsky and Kyivsky districts of the city of Kharkiv, 6 fires broke out and dozens of people were injured.
A series of strikes by Shahed-type kamikaze drones destroyed private residential buildings, office buildings, a medical facility, several retail facilities, and damaged garages and vehicles.
In particular, one of the attack drones hit a private residential building, completely destroying the structure and causing a fire on an area of 100 square meters. Rescuers managed to free an injured man from under the rubble of the house and extract the body of a dead woman.
According to preliminary data, as a result of the Russian war crime, 2 people were killed (a 67-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman), 25 were injured to varying degrees of severity (a 15-year-old girl was hospitalized in serious condition, and 2 more children were slightly injured).
Later, at around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 30, Kharkiv Mayor Igor Terekhov clarified the data on the victims of Russian terrorism:
Two civilians were killed – a man and a woman. 35 were wounded, including five children. 13 people were hospitalized, one teenage girl is in serious condition.
