About the fact that on Wednesday, March 13, a Ukrainian liable for military service, who was trying to cross the state border, was detained by the border patrol, who brought the violator to the RTCC/SP with the aim of clarifying his military registration data, writes NBN, referring to the explanation of the Transcarpathian Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC), published by Suspilny.
As it became known, during the period of his stay in the Khust RTTC/SP, the citizen “asked for leave” to go to the toilet, where he was later found by the military commissar sitting on the floor, with traces of blood and cuts on his upper limbs.
The TCK/SP servicemen had to provide emergency pre-medical care, and also call law enforcement officers and an ambulance, which took the man to the Khust City Hospital, where doctors recorded a suicide attempt (threatened with compulsory psychiatric treatment).
