About the fact that, according to an analysis conducted by the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI), the scale of arms exports from the Russian Federation fell by 53 percent in the periods from 2014 to 2018 and from 2019 to 2023, and also the what are the reasons for such “subsidence”, writes “NBN”, referring to the official X-account of the UK Ministry of Defense.

British military intelligence analysts listed the key factors that provoked the above-described decrease:
