The military leader said that if the Ukrainian Armed Forces can conduct a competent defense, weaken the forces of the “second army of the world” and restore their own, then next year the defenders will be able to launch a new counter-offensive, NBN reports. with reference to the American edition of The Wall Street Journal.

However, there is another factor that will affect the ability of the Ukrainian army to launch a counter-offensive in 2025 – the solution to the issue of military assistance to the country from the United States.
