Dnepr Mayor Boris Filatov reported what type of missile Russian troops used to hit a residential high-rise building in the city on Friday, April 19, during a night attack on Ukraine.

Filatov reported in his Telegram channel that Russian invaders attacked a large multi-entrance house on Vokzalnaya Street. The mayor noted that the number of victims of an enemy attack may increase, NBN reports.
According to the city mayor, Putin's occupation forces fired at the high-rise building with a supersonic X-22 anti-ship cruise missile. The official noted that the Russians used the same weapon to strike a residential building in Dnepr on January 14, 2023 and the Amstor shopping center in Kremenchug on June 27, 2022.
Filatov stressed that the use of such a missile for attacks on populated areas and residential developments are a deliberate war crime of the Russian Federation. The mayor considers it a miracle that the number of victims of today's shelling is not measured in the dozens, adding that Ukraine will take revenge on the enemy for every injured and killed.
Head of the OVA Sergei Lysak reported that the number of victims as a result of the invaders' attack on the Dnieper has increased to 25 people, 2 people died.
Recall that President Vladimir Zelensky showed footage of the consequences of the shelling of the Dnieper by Russian troops.
